The Italian Government entrusted Sitempro with the supply of biomedical equipment, diagnostic radiology instruments, emergency kits and kits for operating rooms including pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical preparations intended for the municipality of Sabha in Libya.

Because of the conflicts plaguing the country, in the first months of 2018 the Sabha Medical Centre was seriously damaged and remained the only hospital to provide care in the region, which had about 500,000 inhabitants in 2006.
