Privacy policy (art. 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation 'RGPD')

We inform you that your personal data will be processed in compliance with the said regulation as well as with the confidentiality requirements to which our company is committed.

With reference to the purposes under art. 3, we will process the following categories of personal data:

5. Nature of the provision of personal data and consequences of failure to provide them

The provision of your personal data for contractual purposes is made on a voluntary and optional basis. Failure to provide your personal data for the purposes under art. 3.a, 3.d and 3.e may lead to you being unable to use the services connected with the said purposes. With reference to your personal data provided by you, you will always be entitled to exercise the rights under art. 9.
The provision of your personal data for marketing purposes is made on a voluntary and optional bases and their use is subject to prior consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. It is understood that if you choose to exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes under art. 3.b and 3.c, we will not be entitled to send you commercial and/or profiled commercial messages.

6. Scope of data disclosure

The personal data provided by you or collect by the website shall be processed by the staff of the Data Controller and namely by:
employees and consultants authorised to manage the website and provide its associated services in their capacity as data processors and/or system administrators and/or internal data processors;

Furthermore, the Data Controller will be entitled to request its service providers to carry out some data processing operations on its behalf according to its instructions and in line with this privacy policy. Service providers shall process personal data in their capacity as external data processors pursuant to contracts and/or letters of appointment. They may include:
- Information system and website management service providers (e.g. hosting providers, market and analysis service providers, database management and maintenance service providers);
- Marketing and profiling service and system providers

The personal data provided by you may be disclosed to third parties for the following purposes:
- Fulfilment of legal requirements, regulations, protocols, Italian or European law

The said parties shall process information in their capacity as independent data controllers. The use of data by third parties shall be governed by this privacy policy.

7. Storage and deletion of information

The Data Controller shall only access, use, process and store collected personal data for the purposes stated in this privacy policy and in compliance with the legal basis expressly stated under art. 3
Personal information shall be kept and deleted in compliance with the security policy of the Data Processor. Personal data shall be stored for the time required to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processes, including the data storage periods required by the legislation in force (e.g. storage of accounting documentation). The Data Controller will be entitled to process users' information for 10 years after contract termination for contractual purposes and for 24 months for marketing purposes.

9. Rights

We inform you that you are entitled to exercise the rights under arts. 16-21 of RGPD (right to obtain confirmation, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object) and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. You can exercise your rights by contacting us directly according to the procedure under arts. 1 and 2.
You can also modify or update your preferences on how receive emails or other notices from the Data Controller. You are entitled to request the deletion of your personal data. In order to exercise the said rights and request further information on them as well as to know the list of appointed data processors, you can write to the email contacts under arts. 1 and 2.

10. Amendments to privacy policy

This privacy policy may be amended for legal and/or organisational reasons; please regularly check whether this privacy policy has been amended and read its latest update. You will be promptly notified in the event that the Data Controller makes significant amendments to this privacy policy.
